Where do you begin?

Many see the eel festival as a typical Northeast Skåne tradition, but it is not the only culinary sensation that one can enjoy in this pleasant environment.

The menus follow the seasons and the natural tastes of the countryside. Traditional dishes from Skåne are blended with new tastes that have been created by chefs that have a feeling for past and present.

There are many opportunities to try traditional and new culinary delights in a wide range of town and country eateries including inns, gourmet restaurants and cafés.

If you prefer to make your own food, there are farmshops, butchers and smoke houses etc. You can even pick your own berries and asparagus.
